  9. Nice Routine, but to be honest, if I was this flexible I wouldn’t consider myself a beginner anymore πŸ˜‰
    For example, for me it is not at all possible to get into the deep squat or to touch my toes while standing straight.
    I guess I have to work towards this beginner routine πŸ˜‰
